RETURN AND EXCHANGE

What’s your return and exchange policy?
We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt for most items in new condition. For more details, please visit https://www.heitok/pages/return-policy.
How do I make a return?
Simply get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us your ticket in your account via support@heitok.com. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
When can I expect my refund?
Upon receipt of your return package, we will promptly issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear in your bank account.

SHIPPING

How do I track my order?
To check on the status of an order, sign into your account on heitok using the email address and password you used during checkout. Once you’re signed in, your order info and the shipping status are all there. You’re always welcome to reach out via support@heitok.com.

Can I cancel or change an order after I’ve placed it?
We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes. The best way to change or cancel an order is to reach out via support@heitok.com.

When will I receive my order?
Our complimentary shipping service usually takes 5-7 days to deliver your goods. Priority shipping is available for an additional fee and it usually takes 2 business days once your order has left our warehouse.
However, we are unable to guarantee a delivery date. If you have any question about the shipping status of your order, please feel free to get in touch via support@heitok.com

Where does HEITOK ship?
Even though our goal is to bring HEITOK to the whole world. Currently we only offer shipping on all domestic orders in the following countries/regions: United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and Japan. For more details, please visit: https://www.heitok/pages/shipping-policy

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or any FPO/APO addresses.
